I think that we have to accept that Ponticelli is a class above our level.
It was inevitable that his impact on our results would attract interest from other clubs.
I'm as disappointed as most Yeltz fans, but I accept that it was inevitable that he would be on the radar of higher level clubs.
It is what it is and we have to accept it. Let's move forward - by beating Stamford on Saturday!

I suppose if nothing has happened they wouldn't have a reason for a 'statement', but yes, I would have thought somebody that is in the know would have read this thread and corrected us all.

Tamworth have put seven days in for him. We’ve presumably offered him more cash (although I’m told it may be temporary, but who knows?) and he’s decided to stay. I think the main point remains that he wants to be full time and so is in the shop window, but I guess he’s decided that that window can be in Halesowen rather than Tamworth (a wise move) for now. That he’s not on contract speaks volumes.
