This is because the country is a very high-risk area and there is a worrying variant of the coronavirus. The color code for the United Kingdom is orange. Only travel to the UK if necessary. If you travel from the United Kingdom to the Netherlands, you must be tested before departure and you must be quarantined when you return home.
