My guess is that the Tory **** who is the MP for Little-Swede-Nibbling-In-The-Marsh, Worcs (and the Minister for Sport) has bowed to the growing #LetFansIn pressure, and climbed down by way of a "clarification", with the intended undertone that it was all a big misunderstanding.
