FA Trophy Draw

Post by yeltz85 » 29 Oct 2018, 12:47

Prescot Cables at home.

A league below but sitting in the top 5. Beat Warrington Town away last round and they are up high in the league above.

Still a decent home draw though.

Ditto. Although for me the trophy has never really been a good cup for us, but even so. Should be a good game.

A very winnable game. As was Gainsborough.

Fair enough comment. I do find it hard to look forward under the current circumstances, as I know we can't move forward on the pitch. My optimism and hope for the takeover has fully disappeared.

I'm just glad that we have good owners and that the club is on a sound footing, financially.
The playing side is always going to be a bone of contention between fans and owners.
The final decision is always going to be their prerogative.
