Y27- wow! I am truly shocked by that comment. I, for one, can't believe you are criticising Colin.

And do you really believe it would be his daughter who would make the decision to sack the manager? She isn't the owner!

I'm well aware it won't be a popular viewpoint but yes, I thought the comments about the fans who weren't part of the 'clique', and his Corbyn jibes at the end of season awards were absolutely pathetic.

And he is a respected figure at Halesowen Town obviously, so he knows his view carries weight. If he was saying in the media, 'it's time for a change', then something might finally get done and the owner might take notice. Instead we get 'he's the best manager we've had in 20 years' and we are still stuck here wasting years of our Yeltz supporting lives watching this dross. If he started applying the pressure on the owner to make change something might get done. As it is, the owner has the perfect excuse never to do anything about it

I thought this post was supposed to be about abuse of officials and visiting players from sections of the crowd, or do we digress?

I must admit, I am / was under the impression it would ultimately be Karen that would take such a decision, as she is now the chairwoman.

Last time I checked companies house Tammy Lynch was listed as owner, so an uneducated guess, going off your post, would mean Steve Lynch holds the final say, indirectly.

With Lynch being banned for 2 years, I'm guessing such a decision won't be made?

That's of course if I'm right?

Back to topic. Thank you to whoever it may concern that the club has acknowledged the incident yesterday. In my opinion if Sutton are informed of that, and it is made known to them that we no way condone that type of treatment to their injured player, then that is enough. I feel there is already enough strife between enough sections at The Grove and opening another can of worms will do us no favours. If the individuals concerned read this forum hopefully lessons will be learnt. My main concern was that Sutton fans and officials will not go away with impression that we are all morons lacking in any form of compassion for another human being. Lets leave it at that and just apologise to Sutton.

Credit to the club for the statement. It's the correct thing to do.

Cracking post Andy.

Good to see the club has made a statement but it shouldn't be needed in Non League Football.

Hopefully Yeltz TV will have picked up some sound which will enable the club to make a desicion onto whether to take it forwards. But as said below let's hope those read the forum and take on board what is said.
