There will be umpteen trialists, blokes on loan, etc, etc between now and the first match. Then we can get excited as to who trots out in a blue and white shirt. Sort of.
By the second match half of them will have left and gone on to bother some othe club with their dubious talents.
By about game six, we may have a sort of settled side.

Happens every season. So why do we get excited? Watching the grass grow is more worthwhile.
