Old Git that's what they are there to do but i will reverse your question and ask , why are we consistently unable to score against them.
Consistently? Only three teams have scored more than we have this season.

We have to be beating teams like this if we have any serious ambition of promotion. We are still.in the mix somehow but I still think like my pre season prediction we will fall away. Spalding and Harbrough win again and are closing in not surprising given the financial clout going on at both clubs.

Gloom and doom and we could have gone top - generally we are boarding on 'delusional' as a fan base. Just my opinion but I have heard so much 'crap' from various social media sites and vocal comments from fans it's untrue. Wish we were all happy with being a mediocre step 4 club

Maybe it's because we haven't got a bloody STRIKER!
Apart from the league's top goalscorer?
KD has done a fantastic job for us but, in my opinion, he isn't what I consider to be an out and out front man.
Mind you he puts some we've had, and still have, to shame.

We didn’t play badly today - I’m just not convinced we played that well - having said that, but for their keeper we come away 3 goals to the good and I would have been very happy

For me though, it doesn’t feel as though KD and Alex are gelling up front.

Thoughts ??

Brightgoldenhaze, we should have scored a lot more and we would have top . Incidently, Donnely has seemed to have lost his scoring touch since the departure of Ponty.

I agree with Lutters. KD has been outstanding for us, beyond what we could have hoped for, but I would still like to see him alongside a battering ram centre forward. Yep, they are hard to find etc, etc. That KD has continued to look such a class act playing alongside some of the players he has had to is great testament to him.

And I forgot to say to all our plastic pitch fans … if you thought Bedworth was the worst possible then you were wrong 🤬🤬🤬 also ours was the third match today on it

I know what you mean. If we still had Ponticelli, who is everyone's idea of a proper striker, we'd win the league.

Apparently yesterday was our first 0 - 0 since August 2023.
Any clues as to the fixture?
