Does anybody know when and how I can collect.my season ticket?

I cannot attend the forthcoming home friendlies when it is recommended tickets can be collected.

In previous seasons the club was open on other designated dates for ticket purchase and collection.

I was also lucky as a kind person on this forum sent me a DM and has offered to pick up my ticket for me.
