Great news Jack has signed and think with his Hereford experience he will relish step 3. With our new attacking line up think it will suit him more and things looking promising

All quiet on the western front so far this week.

Assuming we need maybe 4-5 more players to complete the squad, who are people hoping we bring in?

Here's my dream list - some of these might be pie in the sky, but I'll share to embarrass myself (in priority order)

1. One conker-tree old school centre half to take on the club captain role. I think Jamie Willets has left Tamworth and would fit the bill for me.
2. Depending on system, we either need a nippy, finisher-type striker, or another wide forward. For the former, the absolute dream signing would be Waldron from Alvechurch, if it's the latter then I'd be interested in Michael Tait-Moran from Boldmere.
3. Normally something I'm opposed to, but I reckon we should perhaps consider an ex-pro centre mid who can control the game. These types of players are usually hit or miss, and expensive, so it comes with risks attached. Not easy to suggest names for this one - but if you look at what Sam Mantom did for Rushall last season, that's the kind of player in mind.
4. Lastly, we'll need a spare versatile defender, and cover for the goalkeeper too.

As per previous posts, I do think we keep the squad very tight this season - and decide a system early doors and stick with it.

Shame but I cant say im surprised about Kelly. Had a gut feeling he'd be off.

Hickman an interesting addition. I daresay his versatility makes him a good option in the squad.

Perhaps another three to come in?
