Yeah by the time I got up there I just heard their fans screaming about us having broken a window, and then heard one of their stewards say we’d be billed. What nonsense.

Credit to their number 7, who appeared to be on the verge of putting even more pressure on the NHS when trying to get Ahmed Ali sent off, for his miraculous powers of recovery!

Well, given that the barriers were across, and the Wisbech fans were the bost window side, itd take some doing. None of our fans or players were anywhere near it.,

But back to the game. I thought we looked ok. For all their huffing and puffing, I thought they didnt really look like scoring. Maybe they were getting a new manager bounce, cos I thought they were ok without being brilliant. We could have had a couple....that said with Platty sent off and them pushing, Id have settled for a draw, so we got out of jail a bit.. Pitch was truly atrocious.

I remember going there in the Vase semi final and their fans were big time jobs then …. Seems like nothing has changed

Sounds as if the six finger brigade haven’t changed much 🙄

Not awful, but felt they were able to dominate in midfield a bit too much given their league position. That said, the pitch was a real leveller and it’s probably not wise to draw too many conclusions other than it was an excellent three points.

Feel we could possibly do with a couple of additions, however. For all McCone (and maybe Birch) will be back shortly, that bench looks *very* young, and I’m assuming Flanagan will be off soon (not a huge loss). Not sure where those additions will come from at this stage in fairness, but then not for me to worry about!

Being right next door to Kings Lynn would we really expect anything different? It really is a shite corner of the world. A few inches of rising sea levels will put paid to it all.....😆
