Great ‘alternative report’ Doc, a good and humorous read as usual.
Quite scary to think that even for a relatively young ‘un in Yeltz terms that I’ve been around long enough to know who Kerry Giddings is

Wonderful stuff, Doc! I thought for a moment that your *ahem* Sunday commitments were going to get in the way.
The “TV talent” impressed me too- not seen anyone wearing leather trousers down The Grove since that guy who sang “Land Of Hope And Glory”.

Just watched the highlights on TV, what a performance! I'd forgotten just how many chances we had. If we'd finished with 13 or 14 it would have been no injustice. You could tell in Paul's brilliant interview that he also felt the same. Loved the "they have to keep me happy'' not "I have to keep them happy" line as well. Tuesday will do as it does, I'm not really bothered, this can't be a cup year. Bring on Barton Rovers next week!

Yeah, he was sort of grungey, but I think the locals would tar and feather you in that part of Oldbury if you displayed that level of sartorial individualism.
