Buzzing for tomorrow!! Think that’s the difference this season - there’s so much positivity and confidence. I think under previous management we were beat before we got there as they used to talk us down and give us no hope. Paul Smith is so meticulous in his preparation and his aura breeds confidence into the side.

Well summed up Doc, it’s not a glamorous tie but it’s massive for us. I think our biggest in years and I think very much a winnable one.
100% bang on. I can never remember going into a game under the previous two managers, thinking we'll win. But that's how I feel today. This against a side 3 levels above us.

I've been slightly critical of the team recently, but they've kind of brought that on themselves, with the high standards they've reached of late. I genuinely believe this team can beat any non league side on their day.

I love this club, and I love the absolute confidence I have in this group of coaching staff and players. I've waited long enough to feel like this.

It’s a big day. Not a glamorous tie really, compared to a league club in The FAC1 or even an El Busico, but a big day.
As discussed elsewhere, we’ve never beaten a Conference side in a proper competitive fixture, so.....
How can you say beating Macclesfield in the mighty Staffs Senior Cup isn't a proper competitive fixture... ;D

Actually, saying there are 3 levels between us doesn't quite tell the full story. With us at level 4, and there being 4 divisions at level 3, and 2 divisions at level 2, we are actually SEVEN divisions away from them. There are actually over ONE HUNDRED AND SIXTY teams between us and them!
