Yes, my Milanese colleagues certainly consider Roma / Lazio to be terrone.
My biggest customer currently is in Naples - Lord knows what that makes them.
We use a translator down there who lists his languages spoken as English, Italian and Napolitano.
I know the city has a bad reputation - although they've now had the bins collected after 20 years - but I find the place very hospitable. I was there during a taxi strike and decided to walk to my hotel from the docks - midnight, 2 miles, all up steps, in little tiny backstreets, in 30 degrees heat, wearing my suit, with luggage.
Amazingly I lived to tell the tale.
Although, I touted some tickets from a mate of mine for Real Madrid v Napoli in the CL last year. There was a period of a couple of days when I'd paid €7k of this Neapolitan businessman's (sic) money to a bloke I know in The Lye (true) and I didn't have the tickets in hand.
I was somewhat relieved when I got to the hotel in Spain and they were waiting for me.
I suspect that their hospitality might have been tested had it gone South...
