Latest Halesowen Town 1 Chasetown 1 Robinson 87th. We've not deserved anything else.

Full time Halesowen Town 1 Chasetown 1. This season is no better than last. Our defensive second half performance would have been great. Could we defend. Don't understand the tactics.

Tom Warmer voted MOTM.
He'd been off for a quarter of an hour when the announcement was made - just when we came under the cosh. Makes you realise how much influence he has on our game!

Stating the bloomin' obvious but the team relies far too much on 2 or 3 key players - Ben 10 obviously for the goals, but also Tom W to shield the central defenders and pass the ball out to the forwards and wide players. Once Tom went off injured, really alarming to see how quickly and completely the wheels fell off. Suddenly the defense comes under pressure, players like J-M G have to drop back to help out and all the momentum is lost. A depressing start to the year really.

In some ways i am glad with a draw. At the end of the day a point is a point and we need a lot of them. OK, its not the three points we wanted but it something. As the wise men of Tesco will say, every little helps. Saying that, its crucial we take 3 points from Saturday. In my mind i will settle for no less.

See Loughborough won 13 nil so our result does not seem so bad.
However, I am not sure that this management team know what they are doing, How many of the team that needed tweaking when they took over remain? Meaning this is their team.
No support for Ben up front. Arshad just trying to get fouls all the while and Corbett (maybe not match fit) not effective unable to pass to Blue shirt or do anything useful with the ball. Midfield today only Warmer was any good. Not sure if JMG has signed a contract now but he seems to have lost his way.
True as soon as Warmer left it was backs against the wall and we were lucky not to lose.

Would todays match sponsors be any relation to the manager?

Should we do a Blackburn?

Can't believe Hucknall only started with 8 players. Makes a mockery of the league if true and surely they will be fined? What's the odds on them finishing the season?
