He saved one away at Loughborough maybe three years ago, but yeah, agreed, he’s no Mark Crossley (showing my age!)

This lot are shocking. But for their keeper it could be double easily.

Can't ask for any more than that. Non stop attacking throughout, still a lot of long ball stuff, but hey ho it worked today. Their keeper was easily their man of the match, followed by the woodwork. As for the rest of them....
Great to see Flanagan finally back for his cameo role. And correct me if I'm wrong but was that the first time Platt hass saved a penalty at the Grove. I recall a couple away but none at home. We need to now kick on and start taking 3 points off the top clubs, and if we can well, who knows. Well done today lads, great effort.

3 points job done but must say they were by far the worst team I've seem at the Grove in a good while.
We seem to come down to their level for a while but in the end could easily have been 8 or 9

Well deserved 3pts thought the back 4 never gave them a sniff. Thought they were bloody awful to be honest and were lucky to get away with 4. Didint platt save a penalty in another home match this season ?. Big performance needed next week.
