Lye deserved that win,by far the better team
Another concerning performance by us again,so slow and static compared to lyes passing and movement
Just dont see what were trying to do ,apart from lumping it up to 5ft nothing sim and not winning the 2nd ball and giving the opposition all the time in the world to play, the 2nd goal was a joke.very disappointing performance

So after a 2 mile walk home because why not. A very atypical BSC or League Cup performance. In other words crap and beaten by a "lesser"team, who by the way were actually very very good. Postle and Hayward were the best players on the pitch for us, and they were only on for part of the game. Eze did ok, but after that no-one really shone. Should Hayward ever get crocked, we've had it.

I know its only a crappy cup, but how come other teams can raise their game and we stumble along?

As for Lye, awful ground to watch footy. Im by no means short, but missed half the game because of people in front of me. So much for my rose tinted glasses!!! Despite that, great win for them and well followed by their lot. Good luck to them.

The old chap in the house opposite the stand had the best view. Probably central heating too.

I dunno what the crowd was but the ground/facilities cant cope with it. No criticism of them at all, but lord help them if they start pulling crowds like tonight regularily.
It made me chuckle no end they had a bench behind the goal as seating. It may be a remembrance to someone and so for that, I respect it. It was just so out of place amongst the dust. Still it proves how dry that stand is.

Is he their #4? If so he looked excellent and the kind of player we are missing in the Yeltz squad.

Along with a 9ft striker who can get on the end of the relentless long balls.
