Phew panic over for now. Good win, 3 points off 3rd. Very good start to our campaign
The thing Ive noticed is between the top few and mid table, is very few points between. To me thats a competition.

Decent performance and good to get back to winning ways. Thought we lacked a bit of killer instinct, notwithstanding an appalling decision by the assistant to rule out Mitchell for a third.

Looks to me like Miracle is lacking confidence, but wins always help in that direction. On to the Lye...

Great to get the three points, although I can’t deny it was rather traumatic watching those last few minutes.

Ironically I didn’t think we played any better or worse than the last few home games (I’m insistent we deserved more from those), although probably should have put this one out of sight in the second half.

Also - I know we have had to rotate this month but good to see our strongest XI in force today. Some big games on the way - hoping we go at them toe-to-toe and keep the faith in an attacking lineup.

(And to clarify - when I refer to “big games”, I’m not including Lye in that)

5 points between 2nd and 10th. This is going to be a rollercoaster. Strap yourselves in.

Did I read DJ's report correctly?

Our substitute selected the Man of the Match!

Ryan Booth was sub for Boldmere today.
He also played for them last Tuesday in their Birmingham Senior Cup tie against Alvechurch, scoring their goal in a 1-1 draw before converting the game winning penalty.
