I was quite surprised driving home, how much drier it got closer home.
When I got up everything was soaked, fields and gardens were sitting in water, as they were on Friday. The half hour drive to the ground bucketed it down all the way.

As HH said down to the ref although given the forecast, pre match, I maintain it should have been called earlier, given the deluge before it.
Still its done now. Looks like a Tuesday nighter now, which isnt ideal.

I bet those blokes who were forking the 2 yards square that were wet might have just finished by then........
