Previous two rounds were straight to penalties after 90 min, so I assume this round is the same. Can anyone confirm or repute this?

I suspect that replays will never return. The big clubs have been trying to get rid of them for years and this gives them the excuse. Lack of replays will be found to be “a great success and kept by popular demand” even if the opposite is true.
