Fantastic response from all the lads tonight. To a man put in a profesional performance.
A bit sharper in front of goal and a few excellent saves from their first keeper stopped it being about 5 or 6.
Not sure on the srtength of the Hereford team but from our side more performances like that in the league and we will be in a very strong position.

Just hope we're allowed into the Grove to see them!!!?? :-\

Any update on how long Jack Holmes is back with us for?? Certainly gave us another dimension last night

Sorry about that John, I was trying to take some photos with low light - the next one was of the stewards at the far side of their pitch. I removed the one of the stewards but didn’t de-select the one of you. At least it didn’t show your Villa tribute clothing underneath

I believe that Jack Holmes is with us for the whole season - however long that might be!🤞

The mentality of losing the big game on Saturday, then going behind early on, against a side two levels above us, and then go on to win, is damn impressive.

I know it's only a friendly, but that was as impressive a performance as you could have hoped for. Particularly second half. Some of the football we played was phenomenal.

The only concern is the fact we gave another sloppy goal away, that was easily preventable. It became a habit at times last season, and it seems to be creeping in again. I do feel I'm being harsh in pointing it out, but it's something to keep an eye on.

Jim Bowen was the pick of the players last night. He was outstanding, I'm sure he has a twin that plays the same time as him - he's everywhere, and provides a great attacking threat.

Great to see Jack Holmes back, I'd forgotten how quality the lad is.

I can't wait for Saturday now, and the beginning of the new season.
