That's a great result lads. Sounds like it could have been a lot more as well.
Still 9 points behind Berkhamstead with 3 in hand. They won 3-1. Corby won 0-8 at Wantage and stay 2nd. We're 3rd and Bedford swap places with Daventry thanks to a late winner against them. For my money that's going to be the top 4 come the end and I don't think there will be many defeats for any of them.( Just 4 in 48 games so far, and 2 of them are ours). We just have to keep going now and with the quality we have we can win this.
Onwards!

Apparently that's wrong :-[ . Aylesbury are 4th on goal difference. Anyhow, points to be dropped next week. We're on Trophy duty (only side left) and the top 2 Corby and Berkhamstead meet. As do 5th and 6th, Bedford and Dunstable.

What a terrific result to return home from work to. This result has been coming for a while with all the saves and hitting the post in the last match.

I can see us catching the pack with our games in hand too- very much looking forward to the trophy next weekend!

Great to see the positivity back on the pitch and good to see a
selection of players able to get on the score sheet! A world away from last season.

Not in goal, where I believe he should be? Unless he's injured or has other commitments.

Considering he's not on the bench, I'd guess it's the latter.

It wouldn't have mattered who had gone in goal today as it was a deck-chair day.. We played very well, although Kempston were the poorest team I've seen so far.
Wantage must be particularly bad though.

The Kempston number 4 used a well known deflecting tactic of slating his team mates throughout the game when he was one of the most culpable.
