Their keeper had to make a save. We are getting outplayed yet again by a team who will probably finish mid table but they are way better.

It wasn't great. It was pretty poor tbh. But let's be honest it's going to take time to organise and sort out the mess the previous management left behind. It's a lot of work on this basis.

That's pretty harsh considering that the new "gaffers" hadn't seen our players kick a ball until today'
Poor - yes. But now they can be seen what has to be done, Players on the verge of coming in, maybe on Tuesday we'll see a little improvement.
Keep calm and carry on!

Ah well, we never got the new manager 'bounce'. Never understood how that worked anyway. ::)
As others have said they will know the scale of the job now, and I don't expect they will have any time to make a difference before Tuesday either. I'm sure it won't be long though before we see quite a few comings and goings and the new duo firmly putting their stamp on the side. Little quality today as I expected, so the only way they can take us now is upwards.

No I don't think it's a harsh assessment of the performance. It was woeful, especially the second half.

I'm certainly not judging the management team after one game. The lack of quality and how much we were outplayed will have been as visible and obvious to them as it was to us.

Disappointing result but thought we did ok first half. Played some decent stuff on the ground and looked positive going forward.

Second half was poor. Not sure if we tired but seemed to lose our way.

But as many of us have said it’s gonna take time, we need to have patience. But think by next week against Tamworth you will notice the difference a bit more.

I thought it was a very poor performance, big changes are needed and I feel a clearout is in order which I’m sure the management due both know.

Yeh poor result today... Another three points lost.. But first half played ok but so obvious even before a ball was kicked., as the two teams walked out,, what is lacking in the team and squad.. Size and power !!! As a team we lack size at both ends of the pitch.. We also lack aggression and desire, especially up front..these are basic things that need to be added to the squad and to get the best out of the players that we already have , for example a winger who has pace and skill to beat a defender in a one on one..... Do it !!! Did it once or twice today...should be doing it more. And putting the fear of God into his defensive marker every time he gets the ball...has the tools needs to be encouraged and play with no fear and as a team get at the opposition especially at home... Looking forward to better times ahead...
