Now we have the same number of games left as Sutton, how will it pan out?

We both deserve to go down but how many points do we need to avoid the ignominy?

Us

Nantwich T
ALTRINCHAM
Witton Alb
Stourbr*dge
Micleover Sp
Stafford R
Coalville Town
ASHTON UTD
Warrington T
STALYBRIDGE CEL

Sutton

MICKLEOVER SP
Marine
Stourbr*dge
Lancaster C
NANTWICH T
Barwell
HEDNESFORD T
Shaw Lane
Buxton
GRANTHAM T

Same number of home games. Optimistically, I'll give us 4 points and them 7 but actually we could easily get fewer than that.

Not sure when they play Shaw Lane but hope they and Grantham have something to play for.

Sutton's remaining games;

Barwell Away
Hednesford Home
Buxton Away
Grantham Home

They need three wins from those games to get level on points with us whilst making up the goal difference.

If they lose on Saturday and we can get a point at Stafford we're safe with three games to play. I would have taken that a month ago.

I would have taken last game, last minute survival a month ago! But safe now, on a decent run, happy days.

It’s fair to say Hughsie has kept us up. We’re safe now.
