It'll be interesting to see how we set up without Digie or Chilton (cup tied) on Saturday. Also whether Silva and or Goddard are fit to come in, they would certainly add a bit of quality to those missing two's absence.

Starting with the moany bit, we have to improve for Saturday. We need to be the team that flies out the blocks like we did against Stour, rather than the one that takes 20-30 mins to get going, as we have done against Worky and Barwell, then again last night. A better team (like Nantwich) will put us to the sword, so it won't be possible to play out a languid first half and cross our fingers that Kaiman works his magic at some point.

The undoubted positive is that we have now navigated a really tough and important month of fixtures undefeated and can start to look upwards in the table, rather than nervously down. This Saturday's game is ultra-important and it's really vital that the team and fans both arrive with enthusiasm and optimism. Having the FA Cup itself on site will be a major bonus and let's hope that the local press can give the social media team some backup to drive some extra folk through the turnstiles. Should be a good one, I'm really looking forward to it. :o

Have to agree with this. Without the risk of sound too negative...but for Platt's excellence we could have been 2 or 3-0 down before our first meaningful attack (the double save around 15 mins in was brilliant).

Should we start like we did last night, on Saturday, Nantwich will be out of sight before half time.

Let's hope the Halesowen that played for 20 mins v Stour and the Halesowen that played the second half last night show up!

The possibility of being without Chilly, Digie, Silva and Goddard for Saturday is concerning, that's a third of the player who would start if all available.

I'd like to see Deelany partner Anderson up front on Sat. Anderson is a handful when isolated and has to run the channels, imagine how good he'd be if he had a partner to play off and the ball played to his feet? The guy is a class act!

Absolutely definitely needs a partner up front. He is wasted when isolated up there on his own.

Have to agree he's very much wasted. Even then he goes and gets two goals.

Imagine how many he'd get if we utilised him correctly, and played to his strengths.

I do also worry who will get the goals when he returns to Shrewsbury. But that's to worry about further down the line, not now.
