First 20 mins or so - brilliant. Played them off the park and created chances. We should've been 3 or 4-0 up.

When Hackett made a sub we did not react. And after the moment. The less said about it the better.

Before the day I'd have took a point. After being 2 up, it's a poor result. End of.

A good result, and a point I'd have taken earlier, and throughout most of the second half. First twenty minutes totally bossed it, but it was inevitable that they would come back into it. Let's not forget that most of the team played 90 mins on Saturday and the early tempo could never last. A big call from Sir John to replace Goddard with Delaney but it worked well to give an outlet in the latter stages. Platt excellent. Chilton lively. And a really good crowd which hopefully bodes well for the return leg at our place. On to Barwell with a decent momentum.
