Damn.

They weren't as good as I thought they'd be.

Highlights tomorrow afternoon.

From where was I'd say the Asa incident was a nailed on red, what I hated was the way the Salford players surrounded the ref, ring any bells Mr. Neville?

One of their players raised his hands to Asa and wasn't even booked.

One bit of quality settled it, disappointing after Saturday but I'm sure we would have taken 3 points from the 2 games.

Disappointed with the result, daft challenge by Asa. I've seen a picture of the challenge and he's high and late. Their lad rolled around as if he'd been shot by a sniper though which I'm sure helped the ref to make the decision. Nothing really between the sides apart from a great finish. Looking at what they earn and what our lads earn they're stealing a living.
Thought we deserved a point as we didn't do enough to win the game but they managed to grab their win which I suppose on the road any 3pts is a good three points. Can't imagine the class of 92 would have been too happy with the style of football they played though for the money they're earning.
