He tweeted about the match @henrywinter.
He's an excellent, probably unrivalled, football writer......I've shook hands with a hero ;D

Their equaliser changed the match (obviously). When the Stamford players appealed that the ball had crossed the line, I was watching the ref - he didn't even look at his linesman, thought about it, then gave the goal.
Although Yeltz were outclassed second half, it still amazes me how their heads drop.

Early days, still fifth in the league, new manager, new signings, etc.

Lovely part of the country Stamford is, by the way :)

Also had the official seal of approval on their burgers by sprout.
Big shout to him for navigation, companion & child-minding duties on what was, despite the scoreline, a great day out O0

Nothing in this morning's iPad app, just his England coverage. His tweets included praise for Paul Evans, who has indeed been outstanding this season - on a par with Haseley for early player of season contenders?

Once again we were beaten by a better team.

Our midfield and defense did not turn up second half.

Positive none of our new managers defense and midfield signings from Tuesday were there.

Miller was suspended from Rugby and Bowen was unavailable.

Both back for Tuesday I believe.

I cant say that they impressed last Tuesday, against a poor side, but then neither did the lack of instruction from the 'new' bench on how to deal with Kidsgroves' only real player, their number nine.

Thanks for filling me. Looks like the new boss knows where he needs to strengthen things up. Just needs time

Totally agree! It's got to be a long term appointment. Going to take time to change things around and get the team working the way he wants.
