Dudley? Excellent.
Isn't that where Alex Cowley is?
Put the details of the 6-4 up Chas, c1988 I guess.
Lovely.

Brilliant.
I don't remember "Adkins" at all.
And I don't remember John Farmer scoring many more than this one. We even paid a grand for him if memory serves.

Re: FA Cup and Trophy
Farmer didn't need to score many with the prolific Mark Penn alongside him

Yes, I noticed that Penner got a brace. Somewhat of a rarity but it was a great game.Laurel Lane Lamper wrote:Farmer didn't need to score many with the prolific Mark Penn alongside him
John Muir was injured for them but came on from the bench and got 2 or 3 I think, also Hugh Legister was "classy" as ever.
Was Timmy Langford playing for them as well or is Alzheimer's kicking in?
Regarding the FAC draw, they're all Step 7 sides, so, as HH said, home games against sides from two leagues below is about as good as we could hope for.
My fingers are already crossed (making typing difficult) because, as others have said, the combination of the prize money and the ability of a little Cup run to bring back the casuals (like me) is hugely important...
