Very mature! The whole situation, in my view is completely frustrating, the current scenario doesn't have to be as it is, and needless bother, anger, and criticism has been levelled at both clubs. The whole thing has been poorly handled (I don't care by who, but that's how I view it, due to the logical solution that's staring us all in the face).
On Saturday fans safety will needlessly (that word, again) will be put in danger, both from the ground which is clearly not fit for purpose, and from fellow 'supporters' who will turn up looking for trouble which will have been enabled due to the ticketing situation which could so easily have been avoided.
Ultimately fans anger and frustration should concentrate on how, seemingly, the league haven't taken our safety in consideration when both clubs went to them to request the fixture be moved. I'm certain representatives from both clubs (volunteers!) have worked hard for the solution, only for the league to stick two fingers up.
That's where my frustration is right now. Maybe it's me being a bit 'thick' but I just can't get my head around why this fixture is being allowed to go ahead as it is, when there is a completely safe alternative that would benefit both clubs and the fans. It's ludicrous. Maybe that frustration is mis-placed. I don't know.
t's just a game of bloody football, ain't it!
