Mickleover

Deducted 12 points for ineligible or incorrectly regsitered player. So difficult for essentially small grass root clubs that rely heavily on dedicated volunteers to cope with FA/league admin and expect 100% correct everything. There by the grace of God etc. Based on points they likely drop from playoff place unless their appeal is successful. Tough for them. Might be nice if as part of grass root support the fa/prem sort some of cloud based player registration portal that automates this sort of stuff at no cost to step 3 and below.

Quick update. It seems their tweet documenting the deduction has now been deleted. Who knows what that means? One to keep an eye on although it doesn't affect our overall standing as I think Mickleover stay above us even if deducted points stand.

if it is the player that is thought to be the one concerned, it was a failure to wait for international clearance what was at fault. Not exactly rocket science.
12 points suggests he played for 4 matches without registration or that extra penalty was added on because Mickleover are serial offenders (I believe it is the latter)
