One of my biggest gripes from last season was the constant change/indecision around formation/system so I’m feeling positive that we might be settling early doors on a 4-5-1 (or 4-3-3 or 4-2-3-1 whichever way you want to describe it) with one main striker and two nippy wide men. In which case we might be OK with the two Miracle men.

We still need a centre back but I’m interested to see a bit more from the trialist in the second half from Tuesday.

And sorry, Doc, as I’m urinating all over your French Fries here but Max Morris has rocked up at Tividale today.
