Re: Next season's line up?
A quick Google seems to suggest that they don’t exist at all and are the product of Juanillo’s twisted imagination.
Either that or they are at the heart of some conspiracy theory centred around the concept of the M6 / M1 confluence being a portal to another universe in which every football team in the known world has to play in Hinckley.
Or something.

Ah yes .. Leicester Road, that’s the one. They play in the old Hinckley conference ground. Capacity is well north of 5000 but the time we played was when they set daft restrictions dependant on the league you were in, so 150 from memory. I know most Yeltz regulars didn’t travel as they suspected they wouldn’t get in. As it turned out there were about 75 of us knocking around in a vast stadium on the same day that a 3 sided cricket ground had 600

Hang on. Leicester Rd are now Hinkley New Rd, who play on Leicester Rd? Where's the New Rd in Hinkley then??
A google suggests theyre Hinkley Leicester Road Fc
Fun Fact...theyre also know as the Knitters.
Which is another stupid name to go with all the others they have/have had.
Its no wonder they have a small fan base. Youd buy a shirt, only to find the team name has changed by the time you get home.

And also because there never seem to be less than about 17 teams playing in Hinckley at any one time.

It's funny they've had to use the name Leicester. They've obviously run out of names they can put before or after Hinckley.

Re: Next season's line up?
Can anyone give any stats as to our results away from home on plastic compared to our results away on grass. Over last season obviously. I would guess very similar ? Obviously the injury’s picked up are a negative.
Thanks for coming!

I'd guess we have a better PPG on plastic. We only lost one away match, away to grassy Shepshed.GreySquirrel wrote: ↑01 May 2022, 15:46Can anyone give any stats as to our results away from home on plastic compared to our results away on grass. Bedworth - W
Khalsa - W
Coleshill - W

Cambridge/ Histon is very bobbly grass, although think Cambridge may be at their new ground by the start of next season which I *think* is plastic.
