Something that we, as fans, tend to forget is that the players have a family life as well as a full time job - besides the football commitment.

Reading between the lines, and going off the fact he wants to spend more time with family, I'm guessing he'll only play home games and local away games for Redditch, then turn out for Studley when Redditch play a long distance away game.
