Anybody here heading down to the game against Tipton on Wednesday night? Me and Jak should be there and we’re just wondering who else could be heading down.

Its 11 years since John Hill led them to the first round of the FA Cup as well as 51 years of them playing at the sports academy. They were meant to hold it last year for the tenth and fiftieth anniversaries but because of the pandemic they obviously couldn’t so rearranged it. Should be a great night.

I caught a brief interview with John Hill on the radio a couple of weeks ago. Gave up footy and is a born again Christian if I remember correctly. Good luck to him. Will always be associated with dark times at the club but both the Brookes' spoke well of him and I cant in all good conscience slate the bloke, given what was happening at the time.

Believe me he worked miracles. What he put up with off the pitch no other manager would have
