Plus, we've got one major advantage over all of them. We will be playing on a superb pitch, which suits our game, 19 times! Cheers Ant!!!

How many are that horrible bouncy, skiddy fake grass? I’ve counted 5 already without thinking too hard 🤮
Yeah, quite a few unfortunately - Bedworth, Coleshill, Khalsa, SCT, and Yaxley - none of which have been particularly happy hunting grounds recently.
And you can add Ilkeston to that list from next season too - they recently tweeted to say fans could come and rip up bits of their pitch to take home as souvenirs (albeit I'm not sure they need an invitation for that kind of thing normally.... ??? ).
Not keen on those pitches, but I think we’ve done ok at those grounds. Won at Yaxley, drew at Coleshill, unbeaten at Bedworth in a while and also Sutton wasn’t usually an opponent to fear.

And after you mentioned Ilson I had to check and there's another one, Sporting Khalsa play on stinky pellets too don't they?

Apparently our lovely pitch is being torn up and replaced by a not so nice replacement ,talk about a waste of
money; it's hardly been played on for the last two seasons and a dry July and August could lead to a far from perfect billiard table >:( >:( >:(

'not so nice replacement'? What is happening then?

Not having artificial pitch, but no need to replace the current 'WEMBLEY' playing surface with potentially

less favourable surface,we could always send the contractors down the Lye!! ::) ::) ::)

The pitch is being scarrified according to more knowlegeable sources due to the appearence of divots,
after a wet May.

We've always had problems with divots at The Grove....
