If the party hat is a wonderful as we are lead to believe, why has no-one stepped forward to take the credit? Success has many fathers, but failure is an orphan.

I've just asked my 3 year old niece if she wants to claim ownership. She said she could design better, as she's currently scribbling in a colour book, struggling to keep in the lines of a stegosaurus.
