Xbox One raffle

Post by AwayDayYeltz » 31 Jan 2021, 13:04

Apologies for creating a new thread, but I'm trying to get as much exposure as possible.

I'm raffling off my Xbox One console, with the idea of donating all funds to the Just Giving fund. I've managed to raise a decent total of £100, although I was hoping to raise more than this.

Full details are outlined on my Twatter post below, but in short it's £10 to enter, and the draw will take place next Friday.

I've got a SNES and Mega Drive that just collect dust, so plan of raffling those two off, too. But I'd want to raise more than £100 in order to give them away.

I appreciate the generation is a little older on here, but thought I'd share to try and get more entries. At the very worst you could land a console that's worth more than a tenna and sell it on yourself to make a nice profit!

Thanks for your time y'all, and again, apologies for a new thread, but hopefully it's appreciated as to why I've started a new thread! :)

£180 worth of tickets have been sold so far. I'd love to get to £300!

The goal is to get £300plus for each console raffle so I can donate £1,000 to the Just Giving Page! I know that's ambitious, but this means a lot to me!

This is gathering a little momentum now, £250 worth of tickets sold. Brilliant response to the raffle.

The raffle has taken place and been won, the winner has decided to donate the console to charity.

£680 was raised in the end, and a gaming console is going to be donated to a children's hospital.

Win, win all around - I bloody love this club.

See you all soon!
