On the Southern League club information page it states capacity is 3150. Whether that is the actual figure I,'m not sure but it must be around that

I'm obviously missing something here. If we are in tier 3 how can 20 odd people be allowed to train and share a dressing room three times a week? At our level I'm sure there is no frequent testing program as there will be in 'elite' football. Or is there? Assuming not, why would it be allowed to continue when you can't even visit your mom?

Obviously we still need to wait for clarification regarding the tier that Dudley Council will be in, and so what criteria will apply, but it’s likely that outdoor organised sport will be allowable in all tiers, Provided the travelling criteria between areas stays at advising against, rather than banning, then in theory at least, games could take place. Due to being in different tiers to their opponents, and thus unable to fulfil their fixtures, a number of clubs had to forfeit their FA Cup qualifying ties in rounds 3 and 4, which must have been very disappointing. One thing all clubs at Step 3 and below were unanimous on pre-season was that it was impractical to play games behind closed doors. Whether that unity holds if some can play, and others can’t will be interesting to see. Just to come back to Juanillo’s point, the new 50% / 2,000 / 4,000 criteria applies to “elite” sport. This covers steps 1 and 2 of non-league, who of course have so far been playing behind closed doors, so it’s a plus for them. At step 3 and below, the potential allowable attendance hasn’t been decided yet, but the previous ones of 600 at level 3 and 400 at level 4 were based on approx. 30% of the minimum ground capacity required to get into the relevant level, (1900 at Step 3 and 1200 at Step 4) not on average ground capacity.

So does anybody know if a final decision is being withheld until tier ratings are finalised or is it definitely all systems go, with crowds?
