Hi all,

What’s everyone’s thoughts and restarting in December? Hopefully we will get the go ahead for the 5th, maybe a extra game squeezed in between Xmas & NY as well?

I wouldn't get your hopes up too much for the 5th Dec. I'd be happy with January. Ollie Bayliss (oft quoted by YD, and usually all over this sort of thing) has mentioned a few leagues restarting on 12th December IF (big IF!) the tier structure allows it

Yeah I read Ollie’s twitter feed and seen that, fingers crossed for at least mid December, won’t be Xmas time without attending games.

Not a cat in hells chance this year with the figures the way they are. Will be interesting to see if the league let some play and others not. And I'm sure the FA will wade in with some pearls of wisdom.

Our local Covid rates at the moment do not suggest anything good for us either Ronnie. The Dudley borough that Halesowen is in is now the 4 highest rate in the Country. Personally I would be amazed at anything being played this year. :-\

The 12th or maybe before, if allowed.

Hmm. Driving round the borough of Dudley today seeing loads of electronic signs saying 'high covid area' and 'stay at home', passing closed schools, suggests this may be optimistic here.
