There was also this at the end of the statement
It has also been decided that, subject to FA Council’s decision regarding the curtailment of the season at Steps 3 to 6, both committees will revisit discussions around a potential restructure at Steps 4-6 of the NLS, which was previously agreed and has been on hold since the 2019-20 season. A further update on this will be provided in due course.

So finally it’s been decided.

Apart from, if this season continues or not, and for which levels, and at what time it does or doesn’t do that, and into which leagues teams are relegated or promoted, dependant upon what decision is made about continuing, and of course whether or not promotion and relegation are to take place if they do continue, or if they are to be decided by PPG, or weighted PPG, with the same provisos about relegation and promotion either not happening, happening, being allowed to happen or not being allowed to happen, and whether or not the leagues will be restructured, as they should have been two years ago, before that season was declared null and void for some, and of course decided by PPG or weighted PPG elsewhere, with the concomitant relegations, promotions, denied relegations and denied promotions, to be the same, or different to what they were this season.
And then of course ratified, or not, by The FA.

Seems pretty straightforward.

'That' doesn't rhyme with what? You need another word, that's how it works. Try 'Bat' or 'Cat'.

League cup - a common theme so it seems,
will return us to the Grove in streams.
A competition of sorts
to arouse our thoughts
and take away all thoughts of COVID.

Hmm that does not rhyme either.

What about....

Come on Molly, give us a volley ?

Recycled, I know, but at least it rhymes.

That's a fine effort Westy, but one line hardly gives us a poem. Expand a little and take us on a journey. Or maybe a sound piece of advice. Should Mr Molineux have trouble with rain or losing vegetables for instance?

Come on Molly
Give us a volley
Don't be a Wally

Don't anybody fear your Covid jab, it's done me no harm.....
