Fixture Pile-up

I think this is easily defined as a “nice problem to have” but now with a two-legged semi final we have two more league games that will be rearranged.

With fourteen league games and two more cup ties, that’s sixteen games in the next eight weeks. Just about do-able playing twice a week if everything slots in to place with accommodating opponents.

Any more postponements and it would presumably mean a rearrangement to a Thursday! Good luck, JohnC!

I wish we had a game today. I just love watching this team.

Looking at the Berkhampstead site their pitch was virtually underwater on Friday so unless we have a few good dry days Tuesday's big game could be in jeopardy :(

talking to one of their lads who came to support us after their game was off he said there is more chance of the Titanic resurfacing and carrying on to New York than us playing there Tuesday :o

Pile up possibly. We've 20 squad players more than capable of splitting 3 games a week between them

Berko is virtually dry (barring heavy showers on Monday early doors) from yesterday afternoon till Wednesday....... Guess we're in the hands of the weather again. Their chairman or someone senior at their club is a good one to trust on Twitter for their pitches state

Looking at the fixtures now arranged. The SL website has Wantage at home on the last Tuesday of the season. If Welwyn is not arranged a week Tuesday we will be in a 4 games in 8 days scenario. I can only imagine it would come during the week we have Coleshill on a Monday.

So it has been then. 3 tricky away games before the Trophy now.
And every midweek now filled. No postponements please!
