I don't know what their pitch is like, but the forecast for tomorrow looks bad from about 5pm onwards; heavy rain all evening. If it's confirmation that the game is on or off, it would be good to get as early a decision as posible.

the problem we have is that if a ref says playable at 1 pm then I'm pretty sure that they are not allowed to take forecasts into consideration, and it doesn't take a genius to look at the yellow rain warnings for the area from 5 pm onward to see there are problems ahead..... 0.75 inches of rain in a couple of hours is almost biblical :o

The 40 mph plus winds are not going to help either :(

Match off.

Their pitch isn't too great, is it?

So now I bet the Berkhamstead game will be off.

The blessing of the game being off tonight at least gives the players a bit of a rest after a monumental effort on Saturday of which wouldn’t surprise me if some were still feeling it even today.

The downside is that the replay is now next Tuesday which is before potentially the title decider against Corby. Talk about fixture congestion!

If we have to adhere to the so-called 42 day rule, then Didcot and Berkhamsted will presumably slot in to Feb 4th and Feb 25th, which would be madness given that there are currently five midweek Tuesdays that are free in March.
