By mutual consent the club and management team have parted company. JH will though stay in charge for the next 2 games.

May I be the first to thank them for all their efforts over the years but also thank all involved in coming to this decision. It's for the best.

Likewise. Dont wish either any malice and its worth remembering that two people have lost a job they probably enjoy. But its the right thing and respect to all for coming to this decision.

Buzzing, great news! Best birthday present for me ever! Bit of a strange one leaving but still carrying on for a further two games. I’d have maybe put Hughes in caretaker charge for those games.

People may have their own opinions on him but for me he deserves to be applauded for promotion and keeping us up during a diffficult period but his time here had more than come to an end, I don’t think anyone can argue with that. But now it’s time to move on and look forward!

Cannot see the point of keeping on for two more games, basically he's been got rid of because he is n't good enough and if he had had anything about him , he'd have walked 18 months ago. Hallelujah, but what happens if he wins the next two games, stranger things have happened.
PS. Brummie I think you have gone soft - those four georges must have gone to your head.

Soft, moi? Seriously though I am grateful for what has undoubtedly been a massive amount of time and effort they have both put in. I certainly do not revel in their demise, I wish them both the best for the future. I am just glad that the future will be somewhere else because here had long since come to an end.

Hallelujah! This is great news. It's been a long time coming, but better late than never. It's a shame John and Matt are around for another two games, but thank you Colin, Karen and Keith. This is the final step in getting this great club to a place all fans can be truly proud of. I now feel excited to once again support a positive and progressive club, rather than the negative attitude we've been subjected to for the past 3/4 years. I hope we can move forward, all pulling together.

I can't wait to get home and have a few celebratory drinks! Up the Yeltz!
