Ahmed Ali has also left and has singed for Redditch.

To be honest, that's no great lost. He's been disappointing this season. It'll be interesting to see if that peformance is improved when we play Redditch. I suspect it will.
I thought he was our one contracted player, does his leaving mean a transfer fee was involved?
Apparently he never signed the contract. That's just hear say.

I don't like the GK to be captain. Saying that there'd be no one more deserving than Platty.

Loan signing.
Goalkeeper, Cameron Gregory, from Shrewsbury Town. Aged 18.

Signing no. 29 of the season. A needed one.

Have we not got a youth team GK? We have a 'meaningless' game tonight. Why not give our own a go, rather than the youth of other clubs? Just a thought.

I just don't see the point in having a youth set up when there's seemingly zero chances for them to progress into the senior squad.

Agreed. The Dingles will put out a team of youngsters.
Why not do the same and see what the Yeltz Youth can do?

I do understand this lad from Shrewsbury is probably talented and dare I say a better option, but why not, in a competition that doesn't mean much to fans, give a youth player a go? What is there to lose?

I'd hope we have a more experienced GK, either way, in place for Saturdays match.

Does the 'hasnt played for anyone in a while' apply to the keepers as well? If so I've unearthed another one...
