To be honest, I feel cheated. I had a long and difficult week working away and the only thing that kept me going was the prospect of the next Friday signing. When I get home - nothing, zilch, zip. I am bereft
It would not have been so bad if we had the prospect of a much sought after, 5 goals a season striker from the South Glamorgan Sunday League who is awaiting international clearance but not even that deferred exitement

Do not despair! We have a Saturday morning signing!
HALESOWEN TOWN FOOTBALL CLUB have today completed the loan signing of Tobias Hayles-Docherty from League One Walsall.
Midfielder Tobias, 19, broke though the youth ranks at the Saddlers and made his one first team appearance to date in a 1-0 defeat to Port Vale at the Banks’s Stadium in April 2017. He will initially be with the Yeltz until early November.
Manager John Hill will look to include Tobias in today’s squad that travels to Bedworth United.

Ahmed Ali has also left and has singed for Redditch.
To be honest, that's no great lost. He's been disappointing this season. It'll be interesting to see if that peformance is improved when we play Redditch. I suspect it will.
