HALESOWEN TOWN FOOTBALL CLUB Chairperson Karen Brookes has some very exciting and important club news to convey to you all so we’d recommend you come to the Grove tomorrow for the game against Rushall Olympic.

Karen will be on hand before, after and even during the game to let you all know the news and answer any questions that she can.

Their will be an interview this evening with Adam Parkes on Black Country Radio’s sports show from 7pm tonight tune in on 102.5 fm or you can listen live online at http://www.blackcountryradio.co.uk/

We really need some good news right now, so fingers crossed!

Looks like Karen has bought the club, with another investor “who we’ll all know”

Dark humour aside, this is genuinely superb news. Made my week, if not my year.

Just listened to Karen on BC Radio.
Excellent news. Maybe this is the start of getting the club back.
Not all done and dusted but I've every faith in Karen to see this through.
Let's turn our attention to getting some much needed points beginning with Rushall, tomorrow.
C'mon you Yeltz!!!

Just heard! This lady is a star. If she can get this club back on its feet I personally will feel indebted forever. This club has become so much part of my (and many others) life, that the last 10 or so years has just been a nightmare. I just hope the 'other' investor is someone with as much passion as Karen has shown. Possibly a momentous day for us!

This will undoubtedly upset those k**bs from the cricket ground who have revelled in our misfortune.
