It has not worked, does not look like it will.

Who decides Chairman, owner or both?
What a fantastic post for our manager to read. He is already doing his best under very difficult circumstances but I am sure after reading this he will feel like staying.

It is mid November and plenty of time to get things right.

Once again Steve thanks for replying. I fully appreciate the finance situation and as i have said many times had it not been for your good self and Shaun and the good will of volunteers we would not be here. For that i will always be grateful, as this club is a big part of many peoples lives. The real frustration for me at the moment is that many of our players would not make a Midland Alliance team. In a catchment area of this size it shouldn't be unreasonable to expect to find 11 players capable of making less mistakes and looking slightly more like they've played the game before. Some of the football would look comical on a sunday morning. To end on a high note though, thanks for everything so far.
