With the sad announcement of the death of former Wolves player Frank Munro, it brought back memories of when he played for Wolves A team in a West Midland Regional League match at The Grove against the Yeltz in the late sixties - early seventies.
He was either returning to fitness either from injury or suspension, can't remember which, but produced a classy skillful performance in which he never put a foot wrong. Within a week he was back in the Wolves first team and a fortnight later was playing for Scotland when they had a bit of a team. RIP Frank.
