Could be way off with this, but suspect we’ll see a lot more triallists than we’ve been accustomed to in recent years.

slag me off, as I know you will, but if we have to rely on trailists for the 2nd year running, intead of concrete signings, then it shows how poor our manager is.

Alternatively, it shows who's available for the money we are able/willing to pay.

Maybe the time to comment on player recruitment is when we see the team sheet on 9th August? It's June the bleeding 18th...

The REALISTIC fan base are of the same opinion, I suspect.

I mean, I imagine KD will be on trial somewhere. Being on trial doesn’t mean someone is a bad player! Ryan Booth is a bad player, but one doesn’t follow the other!

ryan boothe was a joke and on the evidence of his previous appearances, should never have been entertained. From the few friendly appearances of Yousef, it was a criminal act to put him on such a long and well paid contract. So you also don't consider that it would beneficial to have a settled side for the last few friendlies , inside of kicking off the season when players did n't know each others names.

Nothing wrong in my opinion of trying out numerous trialists as long as the Management team have done their homework and feel they are 100% up to the standard required.
Its then a matter of are they right for our system. Just because you are a good player doesn't mean you are right for us.
As I said before just hope we dont get onto the local 'merry go round' with players from the usual teams who seem to move season by season round the area.
Impressed with new signings so far so fingers crossed they keep coming

If I recall correctly Todd Parker was a trialist a couple of seasons ago, not done too badly for us since then!
