Surely though a restriction of 2 by 2 would negate the need for an ark at all. If this still stands wouldn't Westy be building an obsolete means of transport?

I understand that the restriction was to stop a flood of applications but did not stop ark building completely. Perhaps Westy's planning application has been held up some archaic rules and regulations?

Obsolete??!!! If you predictions are correct - and it's looking that way - my 'means of transport' as you choose to refer to my yacht, will be the saviour of mankind! :)

We get to stay in the warm and talk b8***cks on here instead of the happy, but freezing, terraces of The Grove ;D
